1. VISP game servers are available for the time being only to customers of the following ISPs (Internet Service Providers):
* You can become a customer of VISP (and thus - joining VZone gaming network) by using VISP Free 56Kbps dial-up account
This list is not a permanent and will change with time. Check it on a regular basis!
2. Virtual ISP may block your access at any time (temporary or permanently) due to any kind of violations of our rules and hostile actions against any part of our network. Depending on the type of your hostile action you might be blocked only for a specific period of time or permanently! You might be asked to pay a penalty fee in order to be reconnected! Read our end-user SLA for more information.
3. Do NOT use (or try to use) any cheats, hacks, bugs/holes on ANY of our dedicated game servers! Bear in mind that we are running detailed logging against all of our dedicated game servers and we can track any abuse and un-fair style of playing! Do not disturb the pleasure of others!
Players are welcome to inform VISP game administrators on individuals who take advantage
of cheats & hacks.
4. Virtual ISP may not be held responsible if any of their customers is playing with cracked software copies and illegal (cracked, generated, stolen and etc) CD keys. It is a responsibility of the customer to play in our dedicated game server network with legal and licensed client copy of the software. Virtual ISP may not be held responsible for any problems or impossibilities to join our gaming network due to invalid copies of the gaming software.
Virtual ISP will not disclose & reveal your CD key to any unauthorized third party.
5. VISP technical support shall not assist you with obtaining illegal copies of the client software, generating and obtaining CD keys or any similar actions! Please, do not insist!
6. Virtual ISP is not responsible for any eventual damages from applying our registry patches. Use them at your own risk !
7. Do not perform any kind of advertizing on Virtual ISP gaming network, unless with a written permission to do so!
8. Refrain from using "low language" on Virtual ISP gaming network in any way! Cursing, swearing, insulting on sex, religion, politics, skin color and any other personality is strictly prohibited!!! Bear in mind that we keep detailed logs for any action in the past 3 months!
9. Accounts with stolen / lost passwords are recovered only to their initial owners!
10. Playing on Vzone is a privilege, not a right!! Vzone is a non-profit entertainment network 100% funded by Virtual ISP s.a.l.Being a customer of Virtual ISP or any other of the interconnected ones does NOT give you automatically the right to access VZone. Breaking the Vzone rules might result in blocking your access to it and this will not affect in any manner (positive or negative) your Internet access. Paying your Internet bill does not give you the right to demand your Vzone access back!
Other ISP, large networks and Internet cafes might apply for an interconnect agreement with Virtual ISP in order to get access to VISP gaming zone. Virtual ISP personnel might request
additional information on the network infrastructure on the other side or to ask for the implementation of changes (firewall rules, routing rules, IP address scheme change) in order to ensure seamlessly interconnect with the other party! Virtual ISP preserves the right to refuse or further – to block an interconnect with a third party, if the other party:
- constantly violates VISP policy
- uses unreliable equipment for the interconnect link (in example – causing too much delay)
- does not observe the specifications and guidelines of VISP technical staff
